Microsoft Office Project enables for more effective tracking and managing project initiatives. With Microsoft Project you are able to manage your project team resources, develop and manage your schedule for the project and communicate status of your projects to your stakeholders. The workshop provides the participant with an understanding of the functions of the software and how to use it effectively through hands-on activities in a lab environment.
