(1/2 day or 1 day workshop)
Mentoring has been shown to be an effective way to help employees continue to develop within the organization. In some cases, mentoring is more effective than sending an individual to yet another training program. This program is targeted toward human resource professionals and business unit managers detailing the steps to take to develop, implement, pilot test and measure mentoring programs to reach specific organizational goals. A case study will be used to “walk” participants through the process.
What You Will Learn:

- A process for selecting mentors and mentees
- Training your mentors and mentees
- Assigning roles and responsibilities for mentors and mentees
- Setting up a formal evaluation and measurement process to ensure success
- Socializing and getting buy-in for roll out of the program
Participants will be provided templates for use back on the job.
